we really should be sending AJ Smith a thank you fruit basket.....for not trading VJack to the Vikes......Brett Favre has nobody (outside of Shiancoe) to throw to next week.....Berrian stinks....and we all know how formidable Camarillo is.

Have a bad feeling about this game

Even tho we're better and should win, i feel like we will mess up somewhere

This game is not going to be like bills game.

They have a really good defense. I don't think we will move the ball as easily against em as we have the last few games

Plus they're coming off the bye. They've had 2 weeks to prepare

I'm expecting a really close game. and i think Sanchez will make his first crucial mistake of the year

Win or lose tho, hopefully someone on our D lays out Brett Favre and retires him forreal. That would make my night

I have a bad feeling too but Im hoping that this game will be the true sign of how far our team has come. We will be back home and should win this game though.

No they haven't...They've had time to rest..but...given the fact that we're now adding Santonio Holmes, and possibly Revis and Pace...We'll be doing a host of things they've not seen...

Can't wait to see Favre the statue standing back there hopelessly looking at our blitz.

Should send Eric Smith out to just look at Harvin, he'll crap his pants and go away.

Originally when the schedule came out this was a game I was a bit worried about, but I am feeling pretty confident now.

The players might have had some time off to rest.

But i'm pretty sure the coaches were studying the Jets trying to find weaknesses to attack

    Which goes to my point....

Yesterday we were missing one starter from every level of the D.

Jenkins/Pace/Revis.....We signed Pryce who practiced once, and played about 20 snaps...

Any weakness they find, is probably going bye-bye.

Now to the other side of the ball....

We rushed for close to 300 yards yesterday....putting 8 in the box?

Holmes, Edwards, Cotchery, Keller, Tomlinson and Sanchez hope so.

Both sides of the ball have close to zero film from this year for an opponent to study...
(Consider, they can't go back to last year for Revis and no Cro....and lets face it Edwards and Keller are playing lights out compared to last year, now you're throwing in Holmes..and the Viqueens have garnered exactly 4 sacks this season)

Force Minnesota into the dime and they're toast...

I just can't wait for this crowd Monday night. Coming off of 3 great divisional wins, the crowd should be wild. No way will Favre be able to move the football with the weapons he has, against the D we have, with the crowd that will be there. I think this game could be over early.

This still worries me. Haven't been to the new stadium at all, but I do worry about how many corporate big wigs will keep their premium tickets and fill the stands and lessen (probably to a minor degree but still) the rowdiness of the crowd.

That said, I have a corporate big wig who has promised me a ticket. LMAO!

No matter who is in the seats, every Jets fan hates Favre.

I know a fan or two who became Jet fans because of Favre.

i was more worried about the bills game than this. We have too many good players coming back to lay a stinker and we'll be fired up in front of the home crowd. Favre is finished. just rewatch some of the highlights or games from this year.

also, shiancoe is nursing an injury and so is their center. they didn't practice. take out their run game and we win this game. their secondary is garbage. they have no one to cover keller or santonio/braylon

I worry about a possible inability to move the ball because they take away the run. And A.P. is A.P.

Other then that, fuck them. Here's hoping that the Jets get some redemption for 2008 on that old motherfucker and send Favre to the turf on numerous occasions.

Their run D should neutralize our run O and vice versa. I think this game is going to come down to our passing game vs theirs.

Favre is old as sin and is not mobile at all. We should be able to rattle him and force 2-3 turnovers from him. The only thing that scares me is their screen game. So far this year we have been really good against screens (especially shutting down a very good screen team in Bal). But AP is a very special back, I'm nervous of him getting one on one versus Cro on the outside- he wins that 10 out of 10 time.

When we are on offense we should be able to move the ball through the air with all our weapons. Their secondary is weak and our recievers should be open all day. The matchup to watch is Brick vs Allen. If we can keep him away from Sanchez there is no reason he shouldn't have another big day.

I would love nothing more than to see Favre get carted off the field, after a punishing hit by (insert any Jets D player).

There I said it...many of you feel the same, I'm sure.

    Favre got rid of:

    Pennington
    Mangini

    and got us:

    Sanchez
    Ryan

All it took was one more Jets collapse (big deal, seen plenty of those)

How the hell can anyone hate Favre?
