no, you see, when you are throwing the ball, which will probably result in a stopped clock if you don't get the TD, thus eliminating the need for the timeout, you waste the play and keep the timeout.
Goes back to that stupid spike... Whatever tie game, hold em for 23 seconds and win it in OT (for once please, we suck at OT).
Once again on the fade to Smith... I like Brad Smith as an all-around football player, but why we go up top to him so often is beyond me.... Excellent drive orchestrated by Kellen, again in crunch time....... He's still progressing as a QB, but he sure does work well under pressure... Awful how often Kellen gets screwed by drops late in games... He's 3 for 3 in getting screwed in the 4th Q/OT when he starts the game
