16-13 Jets. I've convinced myself that the Ravens are going to try to take advantage of Pace's absence and the Jets minimal depth in the front seven and pound the ground game out of heavy sets.
It is very possible the Ravens might fear the Jet secondary. Despite that I expect them to test it, even if they don't try and throw at Revis. Expect to see Mason and Housh in the attack.
the Jets need to win the turnover battle....and Sanchez manages the game efficiently....i believe we'll get the W.
I'd be looking for the Ravens to run right at Jason Taylor all game. I think moving the LBs around would be a great move for this week, don't have them standing still before the snap but keep shifting around, that way the OLine cannot key on any one of them before the run. Great way to keep the OLine off-balance and help Harris/Scott slip through the cracks.
What a coincidence, when I was about to post regulators, mount up, the warren g's "regulate" song came up
Did you listen to the Westhoff presser? He basically hinted at some special teams secret weapon where the Ravens would "have their hands full".
I didn't hear the presser but I'd have to imagine that it would be Kyle Wilson. Its not a secret that he's going to play, but we haven't seen him return anything in any of the preseason games so in that sense he sort of is a secret weapon. All the game film on the Jets shows B. Smith and J. Leonhard on return duties, with Cotchery sprinkled in.
Three words for you. Bag. Of. Dicks. The Ravens will indeed have their hands full with them. Seriously, though, have inactives been announced yet?
Yeah. I'm guessing Westhoff saw something from Wilson in practice and is anticipating a big day for him as the PR. It's fantastic news. Westhoff knows what he's talking about, and he doesn't needlessly talk up his STs.
The secret is that John Connor is going to turn the "madden glitch" into reality when he hits an opposing ST'er so hard that the guy levitates backwards 50 yards.
