Like I said, I hate cleaning house every few years, but I also cannot in good faith say Bowles and Macc are worthy of an extension. They haven't done enough to warrant that kind of confidence from ownership. With a top 5 pick, 80+ million in cap, and 2 2nd round picks, being in NYC, this is a very attractive GM/HC position going into 2018.

Yea but Dallas also built a legit team, their o-line best in the league, Dak, Zeke, Witten, Dez, etc. We don't have any of that....Macc has aided Bowles in being subpar.

People judging our DL on this game shouldn't overreact. They're underperforming, absolutely, but let's not forget that Oakland's OL is very, very good. (3 pro bowlers and a first-team all pro last year, iirc?) LBs are getting totally manhandled.
Yeah he actually has, quite a bit. Because hes the only threat, i would do it too. We both know wilk aint doing shit. When he isnt, hes pushed guys into defenders, which is a major part of his job, who arent tackling. Im done with Lee and Davis, i have zero hope for them. Let's be fair...for all we know the Jets have a special "step on your throat" offensive package that really drives home a victory.. We just haven't seen A sizeable lead in a meaningful game in half a decade cause that's not "complimentary football"
I have no problem going and drafting defense with many picks, it just that it's gotta work...A little luck helps too...Looks like they will go back to drafting several defense with top 3-4 picks...Hope it works this time...
