Let's see if the 2nd half adjustment train keeps rolling. I'm not completely hopeless, but jeez it's hard to be optimistic right now.
Defense will make adjustments and come out better in the 2nd half. This should be a tight game late in the 4th quarter
Can we stop this myth already. Starting out like shit and then getting your shit together in the 2nd half isn't great halftime adjustment, it's just starting out like shit.
With both QB just forcing it to Marshall, I'm beginning to think this might be the suggestion from OC or HC
IBe backed up Fitz this far with him not sliding but that play was just dumb. He had the first down, get what you can get and slide.
Geno hasn't played particularly well, but the part that really fucking sucks is that you can't just throw this on him. The entire team has played like dog shit. His one turnover didn't even lead to points. It might be a little closer if Fitz was back there but this game is a heavy indictment on the team and Bowles as much as it is on the guy who hasn't even gotten practice reps since August.
I'm praying their ability to adjust at the half continues. The team has been a far better 2nd half team the whole season...let's hope that continues and Geno builds on that last drive.
That's the hope, time to get pressure on Carr and force a mistake. We can move the ball on offense, we showed that before half. Gailey needs to get with Geno at halftime and go through what plays he feels comfortable with, what changes can be made to the gameplan, where we need to attack
