    I really hate how Gailey deviated from the gameplan once Smith came in. The Raiders are sitting on 1st and 2nd down runs.

    Why go that deep. You need a sustained drive and a higher percentage play. Gailey keeps doing this and the Qb hasn't played in a real game in months. The way our D is playing game almost over.

    we are NOT coming back 2 scores with geno in the game!!!! ok now is the time to see what this team is make of!!!! will they lay down the rest of this game?? can TB kick these guys in the ass and show some pride!!! ..... and can we be less predictable with geno and not throw when we absolutely have too on 3th down???

    32nd ranked pass defense and we are running it right up the middle repeatedly. You cannot expect to win from behind that way.

    I like Bowles a lot, but we routinely come out very flat in the first half. It seems like it's almost every week. He's been great with his half time adjustments but it's starting to become a bit alarming. We don't have an offense built to play from behind whether it's Fitzpatrick or Geno. Unless you have a big time quarterback you can't keep starting the 2nd half from behind.

    The holes in the Raider defense are at corner, not up the middle. I don't care if the QB changed, you need to stick to the gameplan
