    So how long is it before we start giving guys five-year extensions cause you know, can't appear like they're lame ducks! I think we're jumping the shark a bit here.

    Well i cant disagreement that they need a face? But woody isnt a jerry jones type owner in terms of interfering. I think the bigger problem is the overall coaching talent in the league. Im not saying Bowles is the GOAT, but coaches just arent developed enough.

    You take coordinators and put them in different positions that they honestly never learned. Its like asking a physicians assistant to be a doctor. Its not the same role. So these guys come in trying to be coordinators in the head coach position and they fail.
