    It would have to start with an complete overhaul of the philosphy of the organization. The problem isn't just the HC and the GM, its the hierarchy, its the org chart, its how Ownership views the team, all of it in total has to be re-evaluated. They need a completely new POV. Starting with a real Face of the Franchise and everything flows from that person whomever it is.

    Holy Jesus!! How do you have 12 men on the field defending a fucking PUNT!!????? Is there a dumber coach than Todd Bowles at any level? The only person more stupid in the entire organization is the owner.

    Still can’t believe Bowles is going to be back next year.... Everytime the announcers mention it and then say how this team is losers of 9 of 11....why? Do the football gods hate this team that much?

    The Jets should have begged Coughlin to come to the Jets to be the face of the franchise. If they wont fire Bowles for continuity purposes, or to have some stability, at least bring in somebody who coached before who can manage this guy and tell him when he is being a stupid pussy.
