    I like Dirty, I think he will be a very good quarterback for this team, but he's not above being benched. And if his confidence gets shattered because he's grabbing pine as a result of his performance and so he can get a look at the game from the sidelines for a week or two - then he shouldn't be in the NFL, nevermind a starting QB in this league.

    The Raiders can win, but we lose 6 out of the last 7. That is hard to take.
