I've been wanting Neal out of the line up for the last 2 years. His replacement is quite adequate at pass protection. Not a minus at that position.

And how many passes has he caught for the Titans?
He still has the love for ole Tommy Boy tho..

 

My issue is with you telling us he's supposed to be completing a higher percentage of his passes now that Moss is gone. That simply is not true. You can blow him all you want, he's a great QB, but he's not completing a higher percentage of his passes because Moss is gone as you've been trying to claim.

Brady through 11 games this year has already been sacked 15 times, I know Logan was out but Neal has been out that past few games and missed playing time earlier in the year as well.

If Quinn Ojinnaka gets some time he allowed 5 sacks in 7 games the last time he started.

If Connolly continues in that role he has been solid but no as solid as Neal.

 

Yes, but the Pats o-line has been blocking better now that Moss is gone. In addition, since Moss has left, Bill Bellichick has gained 3 inches on his manhood bring him up to an impressive half foot.

 

Damn good point, I forgot since the loss of Moss their defense is averaging a INT every 3 throws as well.

 

Patriots Pass D's numbers are flawed.


They are much better now with Moss gone.

Weeks 1-4, 1.25 sacks per game, 0.50 interceptions per game
Weeks 5-12, 1.43 sacks per game, 0.43 interceptions per game.

Not a huge difference.

 

Now that Moss is gone, their biggest deep threat is Tom Brady's throat.
