I know seriously, they act like since Moss is out...Revis won't be there either because that's who he would have covered. Revis being in other places helps the Patriots how?

 

See, what you are doing is replacing an all time great with a bunch of random gritty no-name white guys with heart, work ethic and true team-first orientation. I just don't see how people can fail to see what a no-brainer this is, especially in Boston.

 

I brought this up in another thread, but Tom Brady and the Patriots last 3 losses have all been to a Ryan style defense.

Ravens in the playoffs, Jets, Browns (and they could have easily lost this year's to the Ravens)

 

Brady and the offense struggle most against teams who can bring pressure with their front four and drop linebackers/extra DB into coverage. (See Giants in Superbowl) and they also struggle with teams with corners who press their receivers at the line and play effective man (Jets). Moss hurt Brady against the Jets because there was no time to wait for him to get down field. Look for the Patriots to go with 2 or 3 TE sets and try and send receivers on crossing routes (Jets lone weakness on D)

Rex Ryan keeps saying the Jets have won 8 in a row on the road. But they lost last year in the playoffs on the road.

 

Jets got dangerfield'ed on the MNF Espn sportsnation poll. All 50 states picked the patriots to beat the Jets (64-36%). That's a landslide..

I expect Sanchez to destroy the Patriots secondary. They have the 32nd ranked pass defense. I expect the Jets to score 30+ points.
