    Al Toon would not have had to retire in 1992 if the current NFL rules were in place back in the late 80s-early 90s. He took a lot of hits when he was in a defenseless position.

    And how exactly is that the fault of the offense? The defense has made ONE play this entire game.

    Hey, the offense might go 3 and out now, and then they'd deserve plenty of blame, but at this point the Jets vaunted defense looks plain lousy.
