What you have to like about that play calling is the Pats, like everyone else, knew of the Jets weakness with respect to Eric Smith covering their TEs. They actually tried to exploit that weakness, and it resulted in a PI call. All I ask is that Rex, Schotty, et al, do the same with respect to the Pats secondary (assuming we can pass block tonight). If the Pats' secondary is seen as their weakpoint, I dunno, maybe we should exploit that? Sort of the way the Giants knew the Redskins had a weak running defense, and kept running until the Redskins stopped them (which they didn't).
