Damn NFL Network stopped showing the game and switched to the Denver/Seattle game. Why the hell did Sanchez play three quarters (I mean, coulda fooled me. Looks like he only showed up for 5 minutes of those three quarters.)? Personally, if I was the coach, I'd say the QB competition is still open after that performance. It looked like an open and shut case after that first drive. Then Sanchez played like crap the rest of the game. Starting defense looked weak. Poor tackling. Slow. No sense of urgency. O-line looked good at times, terrible at others. Ivory couldn't get one decent block when he ran the ball. When Powell, had the ball, there were gigantic holes for him to run through. Special teams was the only consistently good part of the Jets tonight.
Muck was 13/23 for 169 yards 1 td 1 int against mostly guys who will be bagging groceries . He played 3 quarters. The guy is fucking dog shit. The fact that you keep arguing otherwise makes you look ridiculous.
I ran and put it up on my nfl.com preseason plan...I will say one thing...that young Sims has a CANNON for an arm. At least 3 of his passes I couldn't follow it on the screen. I can follow every one of Sanchez's throws. Can't believe the NFL Network jacked us and put the Denver game on...I guess that's what it's like to be a Jets fan. 2nd class citizens in our own building and on NFL Network.
I was kind of feeling the same. He looked OK up until the interception and then utter dog crap the rest of the way.
almost as bad as our nose tackle with that burning bush hanging out the back of his helmet!!! what the hell was THAT?????
