it would be great if the jets cut sanchez, in mcleroy #2 and simms #3, simms looks much better then sanchez
Gates has earned it. Honestly if Spadola keeps playing like this I'm not even sure Braylon makes this team.
I'd rather take my chances in seeing if Simms/McElroy can make something of themselves then give Mark "1 read" Sanchez another shot.
Both my guys Spadola and Rogers are playing well. We need to keep them here. With Rex pension to draft defense in the 1st round we have to develop guys like them, Gates Cumberland etc.
Knew this argument was coming, But don't forget 17 of those 30 points came against the Jax's 2nd and 3rd stringers...3 of the 30 wasn't with Sanchez on the field, end of the half he had fairly dismal numbers and inflated them against 2nd and 3rd stringers in the 3rd quarter....and we're not talking most teams 2nd or 3rd stringers, we're talking the Jags 2nd and 3rd stringers.... But whatever you need to feel good Hobbes, lol.
Yea, I remember him as another guy who never got a shot to play a real game with the Jets. If the Jets can shovel out known human dog shit week after week they can take a flier on a rookie.
Playing against guys that will be bagging groceries in 2 weeks. Schocking. Lets recap. Simms went to 3 colleges, couldnt crack the depth chart...hmmm.. Could there be IQ issues? Sanchez put up a 99 QB rating last week, and what would have been 30 points, this week. His completion percentage was low...but...27 actual points wins most games.
Except, the guys running practices, apparently dont see it that way. Over the last two weeks, in a new offense, you are now reduced to nitpicking. Comical.
