I truly don't think Simms is the answer either, it's just a matter of change for the sake if change.

Miami has a good defense and it's not going to be any easier for Simms.

The only smart thing Rich Gannon has said during the first half is that the jets future QB is not on this roster.

I've been a big Geno supporter and still don't dislike him like others do but.....

You're right. He can't come out the 2nd half. Rex can't do that to the kid as he looks overmatched and he can't do that to his entire team. Put Simms in and let him roll the dice. If he doesn't succeed, then you can evaluate the position vs Oakland next Sunday with Geno or Simms or whoever.

Even if Rex loves Geno and thinks he is the guy, he is doing him no good by keeping him in there right now. The guys regressing.

Our defense has went well above and beyond today. Rex is not HC material at all if Smith gets the rock next half. It's embarassing.

I don't blame Geno but the Jets need a spark and Geno needs a break and time to think and regroup. He is a beaten kid. Give Simms a few series and see how it goes. Maybe he can jump start the team and provide some energy. Simms is a tough kid and its not going to get any worse.

Defended Geno all week, but I think he's gotta come out. Can't blame the O-line or receivers for this shitty performance. It's all on Geno. Dude's in a bad place right now.

The defense has a goal line stop, a 4th down stop, and playing tough and dind't get anything from the offense. They shoul djust revolt and lock Geno in a closet in the locker room

I'd pull him but Simms has to show something to be the starter for next week. If he fails, you have to go back to Geno at 5-7.

If they start Simms second half than he has to start for the rest of the season, its only fair to Simms that way.

I agree 100%. Unless Simms lights it up, you go back to Geno next week.

Rex can't go to a post game conference and say ALl the credit in the world to miami that is a tough team over there, geno had a tough day but he is our best option.

Sportscenter just called the Dolphins-Jets game the worst game on tv. This is just an utter joke. And to think that Geno thinks he's good and Rex can sleep at night is ridiculous!

Matt Simms warming up for Jets. Looks like he'll start second half. Geno was a mess. #MIAvsNYJ
