He inherited some of the worst personnel known to man. He has been inconsistent but he isn't to blame. Our old GM Tannebum and our scouting team outta be ashamed of themselves for what they've done to our team and its depth. I like Reed and all, but he should not be taking all of Allen's reps. Allen was all over the field when he played, Reed just let's others make the tackles.
