How is it possible this Juggernaut has lost a game?

Hope you're right but I don't think Ryan wants no-huddle unless clock is half-time clock is running out or if Jets are behind by 7+ points in 4th quarter. In an interview when he was asked about more no-huddle, he says that he doesn't like to put that extra stress on the defense. Also, said the Jets are moving the ball & still gaining yards without no-huddle.

    ===
Beating Saints & Pats back to back is impressive. Very few teams in football have 2 victories over opponents this good (including the Jets). I still like the Jets chances but Browns shouldn't be overlooked.

    lol

Is that why the Browns gave up a lead in the 4th quarter to the Buccaneers, and Chiefs?

how do you figure that? you guys are average at special teams. jets are far superior.

There's a difference between no huddle and hurry-up.

Good point & I stand corrected there. However, is no-huddle without hurry-up really want Sanchez wants? Thought Sanchez is asking to run the 2-minute drill outside or normal situations for it.

This game is going to be much tougher than many jets fans think.

First off, let's be honest, since the bills game the jets have looked mediocre at best.

They barely won the Vikings game despite 3 turnovers by the Vikings and a very deep kickoff return.

They were very fortunate to get a win against a pathetic broncos team.

They got shutout by the packers at home.

And they were very fortunate to win last week's game.

This team has not played well in weeks.

On the flip side the browns have 2 huge wins against top NFL teams in their last 3 weeks, and could easily have 2 more wins thus season.

Throw in Mangini knows the players weaknesses, and Ryan knows his brothers defense.

I have a very bad feeling about thus game tomorrow.

I hope I am wrong, but if they don't cut out the turnovers, dropped passes and stupid penalties, they will lose in cleveland tomorrow.

I was skeptical about the Vikings, Packers, Broncos and Lions games and felt we could easily lose any one of them going in.

I do not have that feeling this week. I really do not think that this game is going to be all that close. I do not think we blow out the Browns more of a game that we get the early lead and the game never ever feels in doubt. Something like 20-6.

Nobody has run on the Jets all year and the Browns will not either. The Jets do not have to stack the box or sell out to stop the run. The D line and LB's have been solid and have easily been the most consistent of any unit(s) on either side of the ball.

I think the crushing of the Pats last week is being over blown, the Pats really are over rated this year and not as good as many here would believe. I also think it give the Browns some false security as to their actual talent level.

After finishing so strong last year, I really thought the browns would be a tough team to beat this year. I was surprised to see them start so slowly.

If you judge it honestly, they actually have more quality wins this year than we do! I expect the jets to win tomorrow as long as we hold onto the ball, but it will come down to the wire.

Browns have one real non gimmicky offensive weapon. They stop Hillis, which I believe they will and this game gets ugly, quick.

I cant see Colt McCoy passing on the Jets. I also cannot see Hillis running for over 80yards.

The truth is, the Lions were a worse matchup for the Jets than the Browns.

To me the challenge is on the offensive side of the ball. The Jets offense has played 7 lousy quarters of football out of the last 8 they have played. Are they ready to get on track and start executing like a playoff caliber offense? Its a key question in this game because I think the Jets will want to score early and gash the browns D through the air and force the McCoy to try and throw. If the Jets offense fails to connect through the air and fails to score - that will enable the Browns to hand the ball to Hillis 25 times. Jets need their offense to come out smoking hot and create some early separation on the scoreboard in order to take the Browns out of their preferred game plan.

Greene needs to get a lot of carries. Schotty has to get his head out of his ass and go to the ground and pound. His Schittiness is actually getting a lot of attention lately for his awful playcalling. He needs to stick with Greene and LT.

I'm not going to quote every response I will however lay to rest some of your thoughts.

#1 The ST for the Browns are the BEST in the league there is no comparison, no one even comes close. Every team we have played this season has kicked the ball short to avoid Cribbs, the Jets will likely be the next team on that list. There is a reason for that 2.

#2The Browns did lose game EARLY in the season in the 4th quarter, but not because they quit. They lost in the 4th quarter because they just didn't have an offense that was able to close the game. Most of that was due in no small part to the revolving QB situation. We seem to have that in hand now. And of course they are still getting better, for a while there the offense was just Hillis now it is much more a little bit of everything with Hillis staring.

#3 The Browns are currently the only team in the NFL that has held their opponents under 20 PPG with a less then a .500 record. That tells you right there that the Offense has been a problem early. Of late that has changed drasticly.

#4 The Saints and the Pats scored 17 and 14 point respectively, and they have 2 of the better offenses in the NFL. Watch out this defense can play.

#5 The Browns had there share of mistakes and dumb penalties to start the season, that has been greatly reduced over the last month.

So you see guys these aren't the old Browns, these are the new and improved Browns. Some of your thoughts about the Browns were true in the beginning they are no longer true today. This team is tuff, and they won't quit and they are still improving. I promise the Jets will have their hands full. If they start making mistakes they will be the next Brown vics.

The Jets like I said have better talent, but the Browns play better team ball. Ask NO, ask the Pats. In fact ask the Pats what phase of the game they won last week?

    good point about the Lions

The Lions strength was Stafford's passing whereas the Mangini's only offensive weapon is Hillis. The Jets will shut him down and pick up the pieces of the rookie quarterback when the Browns are forced to go to his passing to move the ball and/or score points.

And the Lions defense (not littered with Bowens, Colemans, Bartons, Elams and other assorted Jet rubbish from the past) is also better than the Browns D.

This one is not even going to be all that close

    Jets 35

    Browns 10

I actually do think the Browns won't score much.

The Jets are an elite run stopping team. They do, however, have to stop the TEs. That's where Kyle Wilson comes in. The kid has done well against the better TEs in the league. He won't be facing good TEs against Cleveland, just guys who are good in the role they play in that offense.

Just my opinion, the Jets are going to shitpiss down the Browns throats today. I know this because someone on here did a Madden simulation.

New and improved Browns? We will see shortly.

Browns play better "team ball"? Sure. If you say so. But keep in mind, the Jets can score, can play defense, and play ST too. This is not the WAC.

Halfway through the season, the Browns fans are starting to see all roses. Great returner? Sure. Decent defense? Yes. Tuff? Well like Bart Scott says, some teams just try to play tough. Until they run into a road grader.
