I was too young to remember this team or game but I remember many of the players, I always loved Lance Mehl. Just a really really good football player who never really seemed to get the credit he deserved. One thing of note form this game as well but I believe it was the last NFL game for 2 time (the only one) Heisman Trophy Winner Archie Griffin
Love the "Too Tall" Jones commercial at 24:15 for the Atari Real Football video game. Real hi-tech stuff. Personally, at the time, I preferred the Mattel Intellivision Football game.
