Going 1-1 over these two weeks is not a disgrace by any means, but the Jets are now closer to last place in the division than to first place, so the playoff talk needs to be put in perspective.
i dont think anyone can be really pissed with this game. Hopes were high because we beat the pats. they shouldnt have been that high. the bears could very well be in the super bowl at seasons end, and we hung with them. Some questionable play calling, some shitty passing, and some missed tackles. we lost this game. The bears didnt beat us, they didnt out play us. going into the by week, i thought we would have lost to the pats and bears. We split. Thats damn good, and nobody on this board, except RobA, should be pissed off.
Not so bad in the grand scheme of things. Tangini have this organization going in the right direction, and Washington lost. Cheers to a very early second rounder.
