    He looks as bad as his OLine. No argument there. Like I said, he's gonna be a late bloomer. If he does have a career in the NFL, it won't be with the Jets.

    at least the 49ers have "Fair Catch" Kirley, so there's no threat of a run back on punts.

    wow two games to judge him. Harsh.

    Their D is doing their best to make them hard to read. Its his first start. He has had a couple of nice throws, some lucky throws and an awful one. What do you expect from a rookie?

    Watching this team is depressing. At least Petty showed some potential with downfield passing last week but today, it looks like the Rams game. This is probably the worst offense in football besides the Browns at the moment.

    Why bother to take a TV timeout after the punt when you know one play and its end of quarter timeout? Stupid ass NFL.

    That's why you can't expect all that much - the offensive line does indeed suck. But petty has to show SOMETHING - some nice reads, a few well thrown balls, some effective audibles. I always think of Aikman in his rookie year - Dallas went 1-15, and their oline was awful, but you could still tell Aikman was a player
