i wear my jets hat all the time. nobody will say nuthin. i wore my revis shirt to the beach last year the day he signed. got a couple of friendly comments. however, if you see a bunch of hooligans walking around wearing bruins jerseys cuz there's a game that night, hide your ny stuff...you'll get bottled. they're nuts.
I loved this one dude justifying them being classy and smart and TGG being classless because the profanity isn't censored in threads, are we fucking children???
If only Bruins fans went to Gillette, Pats games would be a fucking party and there would actually be some crowd noise.
Is anybody concerned about Sanchez? He's had a top flight defense, running game, OLine, and receiving corps and still appears madly inconsistent. What does this guy need to start playing like one of the top QB's in the leauge?
he was a 2nd year player last year. The big jump almost always occurs in year 3. Those struggles are things that happen to young players, especially QB's. I, and the rest of the Jets fan base, will start to worry if he doesn't start to get it this year. But I'm not worried. The way he handled himself in the playoffs last year, particularly the second half of the Steelers game, where he said fuck this, we are not losing this game and dragged our offense back into it spoke volumes of how far he has come as player since he was drafted. This year I expect that type of play will become pretty much a regularity (thats if this fucking lockout doesn't set him back a considerable amount...)
That top flight defense and running game were both very inconsistent in 2010 and the QB & passing game won many games for the Jets. W/ that said he was still only a 2nd year player and he took a major step forward and he is nto close to his ceiling. Winning while still developing a QB is the perfect situation.
Let's just ignore the fact that they have a 17 page thread about our preseason game and laugh at how obsessed and nervous they are about the Jets. Obvious denial. http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/10/791203-mnf-jets-houston-page15.html
Anyone see that the Pats brought in Housh,Sharper and someone else who I can't remember for a workout? Sources(ESPN) say they aren't looking to sign any of them, though.
Cris Carter said in the pre-game show that the Pats have to be considered the favorite to win the division this year.
