While I'll be the first to admit that Newburgh is huge shithole (I lived in Dutchess county for 6 years so I know how shitty Newburgh/Beacon is), please just shut the hell up about SUNY schools.

 

I went to a suny and I can see why people would be inclined to make fun of them. It is possible to choose a path were you can get pretty good grades without doing much work. The range of quality I expeirenced in classes and professors ranged from excellent to really shitty.

And newburgh is a huge shithole. I once got kicked out of a class during a discussion for saying exactly that. Apparently I made some girl who was from Newburgh quite upset. The truth hurts.

 

Can a mod just ban some of this absurdity
