Oh no, I get the point: you came up with a terrible idea of a very unlikely trade scenario. The Jets can get Brunell after July 22nd when the F8 restrictions are lifted. If any team actually wanted Clemens, that trade would have happened during the draft. Someone has to lose their starter and primary backup before Clemens gets a thought in a trade scenario.

1. There is no reason to pull a sign and trade for a player that no one wants to sign right now when we can just wait until July 22nd when the F8 restrictions lift and we can just sign him. 2. You picked the absolute worst player to try and entice some team into signing a QB that they don't even want for the sole purpose of trading for QB who is worse than the player they are giving away. There is absolutely no part of this idea that makes sense.
