My offensive X-Factor goes to Dustin Keller. If McFadden doesn't play, thats a huge blow to a below average seconday to begin with. Troy P is a difference maker, but I'm not a believer in guys like Taylor, Clark and Gay. Not at all, not when they'll struggle matching up against Edwards, Holmes, Cotchery, Keller and even Tomlinson coming out of the backfield from time to time. The Steelers have LB's that can be extremely aggressive against the run / getting after the QB; thats a match made in heaven for a TE such as Keller. If we can force Troy to focus on Keller over the middle, we then gain a huge advantage with Edwards & Holmes on the outside. My X-Factor on the defensive side of the ball is none other than Bart Scott. No one knows the Steelers like Bart Scott. I look for the 'Mad-Backer' to make plays all over the field come Sunday.
Keller will be huge. We need to get him the rock early and throughout this weekend. you know Bart wants this game. This is his 3rd straight AFCCG. Steelers knocked him out two years ago, and last year he was so hobbled he couldnt play against Peyton. He is healthy and he wants to dominate Pittsburgh. The team will be fired up looking at the aggression Scott plays with Sunday. OUr defense will be hard to beat. But Keller is the key. If we can get him 2-4 receptions in the first quarter, they counter by trying to clamp down the middle, which is when we go outside to Edwards and Holmes. Of course, we can also use J-co to help loosen the middle of the field as well.
