Rich Cimini @RichCimini Buzz out of Cincy: In practice, former Rutgers WR M. Sanu simulating Tebow in Wildcat. Had some Wildcat experience in college. #Jets
I'm surprised. That's something that teams would do in the regular season to prepare, not the pre-season. I guess they know Tebow will be on the field for 2 quarter and want to be ready. Though it's just the pre-season, let's not get blown out.
I'm excited to see this. Nothing like a real game situation to see where some depth stands. He has a good chance to make a push in the depth chart if he succeeds.
pouha's injury could be a blessing.ellis is going to get some quality work in this week.i am excited to see him this friday
I was thinking the exact same thing. Also looking forward to seeing Ellis with the 1's and White in the slot.
This first preseason game I will be focusing on first the draft class. Want to see how Coples and Hill look live. Then on defense Demario Davis and Josh Bush. When the two's and three's come in I want to see Antonio Allen and Jordan White. Heard Rex raving about both Allen and White. The UDFA's I will be watching is Marcus Dotwin, Donnie Fletcher and Ryan Steed.
Given all the injuries in the games last night I hope our starters don't play any longer than they have to.
lol you really think ONE player on the o-line can dicate the entire season? wayne hunter is not the key variable in our road to the super bowl.
Dude, he's one player on the o-line. If everybody else is doing their job (which they should, since everyone is coming back from injuries and bouncing back from down years) you can easily scheme around Hunter. Lets face it, if any single position is preventing you from reaching the Super Bowl outside of quarterback, you're pretty much fucked to begin with and don't belong in the playoffs.
Injuries are part of the game Jets need the work especially with all the young talent and a new OC. Watched hard knocks yesterday with Sanchez calling the plays "man this is easy Schotty you suck" Love it.
