When you draft a Franch....er.. a QB. Having receivers means squat when he's destroyed like the rest of the qb's that never had a chance. #fixtheline
Another Historical signing lol Like U care about his broad jump..??? most Coaches are interested in the Film not Combines/ProDays
Nothing wrong with taking a chance here. See if the tools can translate on the field. He has a long road and likely won't make here but the hope is he can make the PS and continue to develop. There's a need for a KR and the speed and new kickoff rules, he may have a chance, albeit small.
Too bad we can’t keep them all and then run a 10 wideout set. The defense would have to count Mississippis though. Come to think of it, with the way the NFL is changing it’s rules around, I can see this being implemented. No doubt the FO is just getting ready for when the NFL really does become a flag football league.
It's obvious Mac is taking the "throw enough shit at the wall some of it is bound to stick" philosophy.
I've seen better head on cattle. (left to right) front row : nope, nope, nope, nope ,nope middle row: nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope
13 WRs might seem like a lot but not really. Most of the spots are pretty much spoken for. 1 Q.Enunwa - Before the injury he was a player on the rise. Hopefully his neck is healed. 99% chance to make active 2 T.Pryor - Had a down year last year but should be able contribute right away. 99% chance to make active 3 R.Anderson - Stretches the field well and still developing. Might be suspended. 95% chance to make active 4 C.Hansen - Showed a lot of upside at the end of the year and has been impressing in OTAs. 90% chance to make active 5. J.Kearse - Solid possession guy. Does a little bit of everything. Was a glue guy for Jets WR core last year. I have heard more than once that he may be cut but I don't see it happening. 80% chance to make active 6. A.Stewart - Flashed on a few plays last but can't argue on a disappointing rookie year. Can't give up on a 3rd round WR after only 1 year. position takes time to develop. 70% chance to make active Prob Gone: 7. C.Johnson - On 5th team in 6 years in NFL. Has giid size and speed. Longshot to make the team but had good reporte with Bridgewater in Minnesota. Less than 10% chance to make active 8. C.Peake - 3rd year man showed promise as a rookie 7th rd pick. Really good as a gunner. Missed most of last year with a bad ankle. outside looking in. PS eligible. Less than 10% chance to make active 9. D.Smith - 2 seasons lost to ACL injuries. Hasn't developed as well as his 2nd round selection would suggest. Almost no one expects him to make the team. PS eligable. Less than 10% chance to make active Can only make it as a return specialist but also fighting with RB Cannon 11. A.Roberts - Has speed but doesn't really posses an NFL skill set as a WR. Made a career as a returner 4yrs in AZ; 2 in WA and 1 each in DET & ATL. Fighting for a spot as KR/PR along w/ 3 other WRs & Rookie RB Cannon. Front runner to win the job but its numbers game and I think it will go to rookie 6th rd pick Cannon. 25% chance to make active 11 L.Whitehead - Former cowboy spent all last year on Jets IR & PS as after breaking his foot in preseason. I think he needs so really standout if he has any shot of making the team. 15% chance to make active 12. T.McBride - Another fringe roster guy. Spent time with TN & CHI. Looks like his pattern with teams thus far has been PS until someone gets hurt then promoted to active roster and cut when player come back. Jets signed him up on PS last December. Has some promise but just hasn't clicked. 5% chance to make active 13 J.Trinnaman - Work out warrior. Pro-day numbers where off the charts but didn't really have production in college. Might be a PS candidate but with Jets team getting better even those spots are getting harder to secure : ) Less than 5% chance to make active
I know its all in good fun but the school does have several player in the league. So for a Junior College in Utah I'd say they would probably be considered a powerhouse
^ seriously though, it's SNOW joke: left to right) front row : nope, nope, nope, nope ,nope middle row: nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope .
