Yeah, basically a 3 year, $40 million contract.

Worried this might open up the tampering charges. Florio is such a Pats stan that he mentions the tampering stuff in the same article as the signing, what a douchebag.

Hopefully the Pats got caught trying to do the same with Harvin since he was under contract as a Jet until just today.

I can't look at Revis the same way but no denying this guy helps our weakest position on the team mightily.

Just saying, Revis could have been back last season if someone called him lol or at least we would have had a shot at him

We won't lose picks; maybe a fine. But picks are only ever taken away when there is clear evidence that the team tampering talked with the player or the player's agent.

Talking about the player, while technically "tampering" has never once been met with a punishment of draft picks. Not once.

Congrats on getting Revis back. Tough to lose him, but I kinda was bracing for it. Revis will not only make more with the Jets, but he'll make a lot more off the field in NY.

The sky will be falling in NE tomorrow. Might have to keep away from talk radio.:D

He would have been cheaper too. Plus Idzik would've pulled off the greatest one season trade off ever.

Pats are gonna a really good comp pick out of losing Revis. I doubt the league does anything about the tampering.

I can see something small where the Pats get something out of this(Winning the tampering charge, getting a draft pick) and the Jets get something out of this(Swap of 1st round picks is laughable, someone needs to smack that guy for suggesting that).

Maybe a swap of 7th round draft picks and the Patriots getting the once Chicago 7th round draft pick along with a hefty fine on Woody Johnson. I think NFL will want to try and take action on the guidelines that have been sought throughout but it will be a joke if the Jets are the only ones getting punished throughout this whole scenario.

Football players don't go into the HOF as a member of a certain team. You're thinking about baseball.

It's really too bad we didn't have Dominic Rogers Cromartie and Alteran Verner.
