Jets Should Get Aso (and build a temple)

I wouldn't mind seeing Aso give the jets the "make the playoffs discount". What a huge coup that would be to sign him on a cap-friendly deal.

i don't think some of you realize how much better aso is then cromartie. we didn't play with 2 lock down corners last season. cromartie had 4 or 5 bad games where he was abused.

About 10 years ago or so, I'm walking with a few buddies on Broadway in the west 50's (had just gotten out of work). We're talking football (all we ever talk about) and I start cracking jokes about LT being a crackhead. Casually turn around and maybe 10 steps or so behind me Lawrence fucking Taylor is walking behind us with some of his friends. I am quite certain I pissed in my pants when I realized it was him. I think most people realize it, but are also factoring in the money Aso will demand (or command, or both), and the other needs on our team and figure Cro is good enough. Just my opinion though.
