If your only argument to not signing this guy is Barton or Hobson would have to be cut than you don't have much of an argument anyway. Neither of those two could hold Thomas' jock. He very well may be the premier LB in all of the NFL let alone FA. Everyone is so caught up in the youth movement, not every player has to be 23 years old. We are a team that can contend now, this guy by himself takes this D to another level & he can for the next 4 years at a minimum. Even if we did have to release Barton or Hobson to make this happen, which at 30 mil under the cap we don't, I wouldn't think twice about it..

I want this guy. Sign Thomas, draft/sign a CB and DT and our defense is set.

    ADALIUS HAS A DEALIO?

An industry source tells us that Ravens linebacker Adalius Thomas already has a deal in place with the San Francisco 49ers.

Thomas and Niners coach Mike Nolan were together in Baltimore, when Nolan was on Brian Billick's staff.

On Sunday, Thomas admitted that the Ravens "don't have the money" to re-sign him.
