Jets House is fine, and I have generally enjoyed my experiences there. However, I am going to pass this year. The list of Jets alums appearing is a bit underwhelming and it’s not nearly as good as it was in years past. For instance, on Saturday night, Eric Coleman and Willie Colon are appearing as the legends. Compare that to last year when Wayne Chrebet and Vinnie Testaverde were there. Or, two years ago when Chad Pennington was there. They have not yet announced the current players that will appear, but I wouldn’t count on Adams or Darnold showing up. Although, that would be nice. It would be nice one year if Curtis Martin could appear or some members from the Super Bowl III team. That would put people there fast. I don’t expect Namath to ever be there, but I think the Jets could do a better job with the alumni they bring in. I noticed that none of the sessions have sold out yet and the Saturday night session usually does by now. Interestingly, that session is not up for auction.
The players they picked are not big names. . Mangold will be there. Current players most likely to be there will be Buster. Shell won't be there since having surgery.
Tonight the Best Jets Flight Plan (Crew) show of the season on CBS. It's all about the cheerleaders..
Just heard Sam Darnold will be joining Jets House - I am going for the first time this year so hope he's at the session I attend!
