I called today and was questioned about times of codes I entered. They basically accused me of just that!
Go to the rewards web site and fill out a contact form now. That's how I got points credited. They can't say you entered past any deadline.
I have been submitting them all season and not one reply. I have to call up there each time and today i basically told the dude you cant tell people its a one time thing when its broke all the time.
of course as soon as i hit post reply i got a reply on email, im glad it had a time stamp on it so those bastards can accuse the next person not this guy
