I contacted them regarding the philly2 code error. Their customer service rep assured me I was entering it after the window had expired.
Totally worth it. Especially if you win it for 5,100 points. You spend about 45 minutes on the field, but the players come over and say hello, give high fives, etc. Really good experience.
I finally heard back from the Jets about the Philly2 code not working. I made my case saying I e-mailed them immediately on Sunday from the stadium about the problem (which I did). They are going to give me a "one-time" credit for the code. Pretty much said I'm on my own if it happens again, though.
I cannot accept the one time statement they gave you when there has been an instance each week where something does not work. They changed this year with giving us 10 days to dispute an item and that should not be limited to one time like you were advised. I was told that a possible issue could be on the client side meaning if I use my PC it works fine but if i use my phone it might not and a new app will address this in the future but does no good for all us now walking up. In my opinion the root of the problem is the limited amount of time you have to enter whatever comes out that day as I'm sure people are pounding the program administrators with emails and calls after seeing the codes when they are not accepted anymore thus leading to a statement like they gave you on the phone but on the flip side of that the website actually does not randomly work either by way of duplicates or whatever problem they are having with their database that particular day. To fix this they should assign a SQA resource with a test account to verify all right before releasing.
