You must have been in the same suite as me. It really sucks considering the email sent to me on MondY stTed that food and refreshments would be served. I would rather sit in my own seat wasted the whole first quarter having to go down 2 levels to get food and water for me and my grandson

Sadly it seams the rewards program has gone down hill this year with the team. Myself and others had issues with rewards this year and sadly the girl Natasha that appears to be in charge, does not seem to care. She gave me the BS line of "Subject to Change". I explained to her the only reason I am a season ticket holder is for the benefits. I would be much better off buying tickets to the games I want to attend. I could put that money toward the best seats and still save money.
Dry true the only reason we go to pre season and games like yesterday is for the rewards program and getting your extra points for all 10 games. I could stay home and save the 4000$ or so I spend on tickets parking tolls and gas. Now they are screwing with there loyal season ticket holders with this crappy reward program that has gone down hill
And they cut off the only avenue for us to tell them what we think, the Town Hall meetings. This franchise is moving in the wrong direction. I a retired now. I winter in Florida and return back for the games. I will rethink this next year.
