OK ladies and gentlemen just got off the phone with the JETS reward representative. I asked her about the double money that we were supposed to get on our cash rewards it seems that they lowered the ticket prices in the sections so that lowered the money your New York Jets cash but which basically means you got the same amount of money as last year. I also questioned her about 15 minutes early and not been getting the 500 points which she will put in a claim I am also I have an email from March stating that we are supposed get double points and she's going to look into that too ....so if anyone is missing any points call the jet representative their number is on the front page of web page
So my points are really low I feel like they should be over 5,000 so I messaged them on the points portal. Hoping for a response soon if not I’ll probably call on my lunch. Seems to me they don’t control or do a good job recording the points. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I signed up before March 1 and I got $20 per seat for section 106. I did not know anything about double amounts. On a side note for PSL holders, I stopped getting emails to buy tickets before they go on sale, does anyone else still get those emails ? Thanks Adam
I am in section 101 the price for the Jets cash last year was $40 per seat. This year I was informed that due to the lower ticket prices you will get only $20 and they were double at 2:40 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

What did you use to go through the gate?I used my physical rewards card and my points where on the account by Monday. I believe if you use digital tickets you will not get points, you have to use the virtual rewards card to get the points.
