Oh wow. Same exact thing happened to me. I posted about it earlier. They had told me they would give me credit for the 2nd seat and give me the points. I would see this within a week. That was on 1/3. Still nothing. I have not had time to contact them but it now sounds like it will be useless to do so. I will try to contact them next week to see what they will do. I did photo copy the on-line conversation so I would have proof that they agreed to fix it. Let me know if you get any results.
I did the same thing. I saved the email as well. I will let you know if something changes but we're the Jets so I'm not holding my breath. Our team stinks, our owner stinks so of course the rewards program stinks..... 10 games of watching this since '95 smh.
Got my Leonard Williams helmet the other day. I was one of the last handful to get it. I see those Sheldon Richardson helmets are just flying off the shelves. There's still 39 left.

And just to go along with that. If I didn't have the Certificate of Authenticity, I would have never known it was Leonard Williams signature.
In case anyone is interested: Auctions: They added 2 Revis mini helmets and 4 practice jerseys. Marketplace: They added Darrelle Revis autographed footballs. 42000 points, 19 left. And only 35 Richardson helmets left.
Anyone go to Jets House this year? I went when LT21 was there and it was sooooo much better this year. Loved the venue. Btw got a sweet gift from my account rep this year. It works when you nag in a friendly manner!

Happy to report that the Jets office corrected their error. Both seats have been credited with the 10 game attendance and the correct points were added to my second seat. I hadn't checked in over a week so not sure when it happened. I was going to call them this week if it wasn't since it was about a month ago that I originally notified them. Glad I don't have to deal with that now. Did you get your seat credit and the points added to your second seat yet?
Appatently I spoke to soon. I just got my perfect attendance pin but only for one seat. Guess I have to deal with them despite the corrections they made
They corrected it for the 10 games, BUT, they did not at the fan assist points.... i gave up.... they can keep the points. It's 2017 and they can't seem to get anything right on or off the field. The ONLY thing that was good about this season was Jets house. I have to admit, this was by far one of the best Jet Houses (I've only been the last 3 years)
Quick question.... is the 10-game pin per seat or per account? In other words if you have 4 seats, is it 4 pins or just 1?
It's per seat. I got two seats and two pins. I hope that you get everything situated with your seats and points.
