Well I contacted a Jets rep about my second seat not getting credit for the 10 game attendance or the rewards points. I text chatted with a Jacqueline K. She said they did not see the scan for the 2nd seat but would correct it and also give me the points for the day. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I was ready to argue, give her info on the STH's that sit in seats 2 away from us that saw my son there with me and that we both even used our rewards card for the free hot chocolate at half time. Didn't have to say any of it. She said everything should be adjusted within a week. I photocopied the conversation in case it isn't and I have to call back.
I've had a similar issue happen with my card. Anytime I've ever had an issue, my jet rep has been fantastic and attentive.
This sucks. I'm 150 pts away from a mini helmet and I don't even see anymore shows on the channel guide. Is there anyway to get these points anyone knows of

I have a question. Last year I went to all 10 games. I received 3 signed helmets from the Jets. Was this given out for going to all 10 games or reaching the 45,000 point end zone?
Those were given for reaching the end zone tier. I believe they just give you a pin for perfect attendance.
