My guess is the guys telling us that Carr sucked for the last 2 1/2 years won't be around to debate you.

Hackett will get there eventually. It only took him 3/4 of a season to figure out that Breece Hall could be a good weapon for us out of the backfield. At that pace, he'll have the entire offense and personnel figured out by, I don't know, the end of the 2030 season.

He didn't want to come here. It's been well documented that his first choice was NO.

All I have to say on this matter is, "They didn't try hard enough."

Plenty of college O.C's I'd rather have right this very minute over that freakin' moron.

Opinions, even published opinions, don't create documentation.

Listen, he chose New Orleans. He even admitted in an interview this year that he considered the Jets, but ultimately wanted to go to the Saints.

Free agency is a 2-way street. Carr also knew that the Jets wanted Rodgers.

I think we all can speculate that JD and Saleh probably preferred Carr but Woody wanted AR.

Exactly. If the Jets weren't so latched onto Rodgers' balls they could've had Carr. The Jets should've done it differently and that was my point

I understand your point, but it was no guarantee that Carr would have signed.
