Problem with Gio, is he's already torn one ACLU, and then missed 2 games with soreness in the other knee. Would you really spend the 9 on a RB with Knee questions. Here's the question...he performs brilliantly and we are 10 and 1...and for the next few games with the playoffs in the balance...his knee gets sore? I wouldn't risk a pick in the first two rounds for a projected starting RB with a knee history. But this is the Jets, so look for Gio in green. (though at 39)
With 6 interceptions, he doesnt make you say "WTF" that much... Most definitely not more that anyone else in this class (he's actually probably is the best in that sense).
That's what I'm saying.. unless he means actual throws, because the interceptions aren't there to complain about.
I would bet Mayock has watched more film on him than you or I and that's his comment. They showed several clips of him trying to throw the deep sideline, landing 5 yard OOB * that was a Geno comment, not Nassib. We got sidetracked.
