Jets release Bubba Franks

I didn't like letting him go... because I know he will end up catching at least one game-winning TD against the Jets in the next 2 seasons.

 

Bet he doesn't.

 

I think he will and only reason i say so is Brady Loves His TE's

 

I bet he loves them sweaty, too.

 

I'd be surprised if Baker caught more than 2 TDs all season.

Bubba Franks--that's 6 catches and 5 drops we're going to have to replace now. Hope we can do it.

 

Maybe we can trade for Becht. He could do the same thing and also block like a lineman.

 

Becht was an awesome blocker.

 

I hate that Baker is on the Pats. If any team in the NFL knows how to use multiple TE's it's the Pats, and Baker is very good at the things he's good at. They'll find a way to mask the things he's not good at like they always do.

 

He'll just play his game, whatever that is.

What about Dreessen? I remember he was an OK blocking and catching prospect.

 

The second HOU at the end of that string means he is currently signed with the Texans. The only FAs on that list still available have TBD at the end.

 

The Vikings will sign him 20 minutes after the introduce Failve.
