How much trouble would the Jets be in if the league found out about a "soft tissue" injury that really was a hangnail?? I hope Hackenberg knows how to stick to the script when the questions come..
They lost Peyton freakin Manning, one of the greatest of all time. The team was going to be pure dogshit whether or not they wanted to be. This is a bad example.
Like I said.. reality is a cast iron bitch. No room for sentiment for players, coaches, GM's or owners. Either they do their jobs or they walk the plank. That goes for Petty, Bridgewater, Hackenberg, McCown, MacCagnan, Bowles, even Darnold. No dead weight!
I mean, it takes a lot of skill to jump in a thread and claim “championship” . There’s a lot of timing involved and not everyone is fit to pull it off.
I believe the PS players teams get right of first refusal. They can choose to activate the player to their active roster. I could be wrong on that though
that's didn't take long. Petty isn't good. Hack isn't either. But we invested more in Hack and therefore he gets the benefit of the doubt for potential QB2 in 2019.
Petty got the start over Hack last year. Not sure anything really changed that much in the last few months. I am more surprised about Hack being retained than Petty being cut. I imagined them getting cut at the same time.
Champ, you kinda missed the point of the conversation there.. Re-read several posts back if you can find the time..
This is the guy you guys nominated for BEST darksider? Guy can’t even follow along in a conversation.
Good kid. He gave it his best shot, it just wasn't enough. At least he didn't mail it in like some other fuckers we have had on this team did. Wish him the best in whatever comes next. Probably is somebody out there who can use him as a backup.
This is what you posted "They lost Peyton freakin Manning, one of the greatest of all time. The team was going to be pure dogshit whether or not they wanted to be. This is a bad example." Which is a totally incorrect statement
