    "O'Connell will be re-signed to a two-year deal with the Jets, as first reported by a radio station in his college town of San Diego, a person with direct knowledge of the move said tonight. The person requested anonymity because the team had not announced the transaction."

    Nope, Kevin is injured he wolnt even play this year. This is prob with the idea of having him here next year as the back up

    Because we signed an injured player? I would not be surprised if he was moved, but not because we resigned Kevin.

    It would make no sense to sign Kevin to replace Kellen

    I had assumed they had given up on O'Connell, but I guess they'll just keep him on IR and see what he's got next year. Maybe his mediocre performance was related to his shoulder. Or maybe this is the Jets way of avoiding an injury settlement? Who knows.

    My wife is tired of me talking about the jets on Twitter, but it's pretty interesting following the players there. Without the gay Twitter, who would have seen pics of jets west, jets on the bus goofing off, helicopter rides, playing halo, etc. It's a bit silly, but interesting to see this part of the team.
