    Pass unless 4th or worse

I assume if he walks, WE get the compensatory pick of likely 3rd rounder?

If that correct then do it

A rental to move up a round would be fine by me -

If he signs long term deal just hope he’s not Mo Wilk

^^^^ No the Jets wouldn't get a 2020 comp third rounder back for Bell. The Steelers might do. We have a colossal amount of cap space next off season. We would be lucky to get any comp picks in return as we will sign a lot more then we lose, even with Bell.

This. Nothing else needs adding really.

    This is just stupid..

Stupid idea put out there by a desperate GM and horrible HC..dumb and dumber at it again

Bell had a TERRIFIC deal offered to him by Pitt that for 2 years paid him him 3xs what the average RB makes who as a group are a dime a dozen...he's greedy and arrogant ..and yes like that a hole Mevi$

Sure let's add a lockeroom cancer to the goulash stirred up by Mr Undisciplined Toilet Bowles..THIS WOULD BE A TERRIBLE FIT..dont care how talented he is

My priorities would be the following:

FIre Bubba and his crew...plus say so long to sweet talking Mac his coffee from Starbucks and his "plan"...no more consistency for the sake of it ...look at the Browns they did it 8 times or more but finally struck gold with Dorsey who hired enough talent , drafted Mayfield AND got Todd Haley, a brilliant OC, to make Hue Jackson drool

Get a VP of football ...Harbaugh or Curtis get interviewed imo...have ACCOUNTABILITY by GM/HC

FIX THE OFFENSIVE LINE or your FQB is toast...this is just common sense..draft a second or third rounder

Get a pass rusher...on the young side..spend $ in FA

I agree wholeheartedly with NC that the OWNERS are complicit in keeping this dumpster fire alive ...They are the decision makers..I DONT SEE how anybody in their 60s would want to follow or support this team :(

It’s not a move that makes a ton of sense, I think this is a last-chance-saloon move from Macc. If this goes through I’ll be more convinced than ever that Bowles and Macc are gone at the end of the season if we are below .500

I'm less bothered by the actual act and more by his dumbass drawing the penalty. Its selfish and hurt the team. Not the type of shit we need happening.

Agree, if that offended you, you need thicker skin. There's a lot worse things that go on in everyday life than that.

The no discipline and the 15 yard STUPID penalties are way more offensive.

  13. Agreed.The penalty is dumb.

The TD celebration “act like youve been there” gripe has become really overplayed. Its an emotional game & we’re already getting on these guys for not being engaged & only playing for the paycheck..now we’re going to be nitpicky when they actually DO show passion? Are these robots or people?

I agree that the flag is stupid but people are way more upset about a 15 yard penalty then they should be. I could be wrong but didn’t the ensuing kickoff lead to Cleveland starting position being right around the 25 anyway?

You don’t judge a penalty like this with hindsight. Just because we weren’t necessarily hurt by it should not excuse it.

Because the next time we take an idiotic penalty like this it could result in a loss.

Its not the 15 yards or what happened after, its about the mind set of the team. Crowell, Nickerson, and Tru have all been called for needless after the whistle penalties already this season. It shows immaturity on their part and a lack of leadership from the coaching staff that it continues to happen. Then when a head coach simply says "its on the players" in the post game press conference it shows that he not only has no control, but is not even attempting to do anything about the situation.

I agree that it speaks volumes about Bowles. I just don’t think it’s not damaging as it’s being made out to be even in hindsight.

Also that first flag on Johnson was dogshit. Unbelievably weak.

    ^ This.
People don't get it. It's bad enough that they play like sh&t , but to act like a bunch of turds that have not proven anything is beyond reproach.
