I've been told #Jets Santonio Holmes will receive about $24 million in guaranteed money in his five-year deal. #nyj

Braylon or Nmandi. Still think the latter is a long shot but it's probably one or the other.

    That's 5 years!

IMO He was the one we needed to resign the most. Braylon would be nice but there are more receivers simular to him available, so if we miss out on him we have other options.

That doesn't sound like a crazy deal.

I hope this is true, per Vrentas

Told Holmes signing doesn't mean Jets are out of hunt for Edwards. They're working on finances, a lot depends on what they do w/Nnamdi. #nyj

You don't even know how to spell Asomugha's name, man.

If you going to bitch and moan about signing a player, you might as well spell his name the right way.

It can't be that hard to leave money on the table when it's Redskin money. Snyder is a complete buffoon.

This is what we've been waiting to see. People have been talking about how everyone wants to play for Rex, now it's starting to come to fruition. Michael Kay was talking about it yesterday and said, "well let's see it." I refuse to listen to Fatcessa, but I'm sure he's said shit like that recently.

This would burn his fat ass up inside. I f'ing love it. If one more big name guy takes a discount to come to the Jets, we have something REALLY special with Rex and his wife's feet...

We still need to firm up Harris' deal, do we not?

Im happy. It makes sense to go after Holmes. I know ive been critical. Not critical but more pro-braylon

Holmes came in, sat 4 games and still produced.
Last night on ESPN someone was talking about Sanchez adapting to WR's easily. He did it with Edwards two years ago and Holmes last year.

Finances? It's time to sign Harris long term, restructure some deals, and make some cuts.

this would be a very good deal, especially because the Redskins probably offered him 10 year 70 milion guaranteed deal!!

Exactly. He has already been wrong with declaring that Free was going to be announced as a Buccaneer, but then signed with Dallas.

We can easily halve the cap hit on harris, everything I've read is including his big $10 mill hit from the tag. Sanchez changing his deal must have cleared up a good chunk.

I'm still holding out for Aso and Braylon >.<
