I think if SC didn't have the nightmare season they had this year, all of which had nothing to do with Cooper of course, he could've been a first rounder. After his sophomore year when they had decent QB play he was seen on the same level as guys like Josh Doctson, maybe higher. Last year he was the best QB and best RB on the team and he was playing WR. Too bad he couldn't throw it to himself haha
I totally agree.....Hopefully better things to come for the Gamecocks. I like the direction they're heading so far but lots to prove. Still, they had some great seasons in the Spurrier era, top 10 finishes, etc. I was at Williams Brice when they took down #1 Bama and #4 Ole Miss...2 games that stand out besides beating Clemson 5 in a row LOL My favorite game was when they beat Georgia in a top 5 primetime matchup but I wasn't at the game unfortunately.....totally dismantled Aaron Murray But anyway I think he ends up going in the mid-late 2nd, some team will love what he brings - a unique skillset out of the slot
Treadwell, Docston, Coleman and Thomas are a great group, but Sterling Shepard is being overlooked because of them. He's gonna be a steal for somebody. I'd have Fuller after all 5 of those guys.
Well...defensive lineman as well. I'd be happy with Treadwell or Doctson. Not Will Fuller. Another Ted Ginn, Jr IMO. They should be looking at a tight end. They got next to nothing from that position and who knows whether Amaro will be at full strength,
Ugh..two finals mocks have the Jets taking a safety at 20 and if they do i'll puke. A safety or a CB would be proof the GM was a total failure last year.
http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/writer...draft-saints-wheel-and-deal-grab-paxton-lynch Josh Doctson, WR, TCU: QB Paxton Lynch is in play here to some degree I figure, and if there was a slam-dunk pass rusher I could see that, too. But there really isn't and Doctson very well could be the best receiver in this draft but quite a bit when it's all said and done.
