Im pretty sure we get tiebreaker over Miami if we beat them in the finale and end up with the same record.
The Miami result was actually better for us, the Bal game killed us b/c had they lost we would only need them to lose one game to make the playoffs by winning out.

That is not an easy schedule, I have a feeling Cinci will not lay down and die in that last game. I think the Jets have a great opportunity. Miami plays New England next week, then at Buffalo (trap game) then Jets at home. Also, final 3 San Diego games include matchups against Denver and KC (they play Oak too but I think they should win). In short, if they can contain Cam Newton and that offense and keep the game close, the Jets can pull one out. If they win this one, I really like the Jets chances with a home game against Cle and a win and in scenario against Miami.
The Bengals are only one game behind the Pats for the 2nd seed. We want NE to win next two games. Both away games v. Mia and Bal. Week 17 at home v the Buf. We also want the bengals to win next two. If this happens they don't lay down week 17 in order to possibly win the second seed. Then SD can possibly lose 2 of 3 having 3 divisional games. We really gotta find a way to beat Carolina .Ravens final Schedule at Lions,vs Pats,at Bengals.The Ravens may lose 2 out of the next 3 .Carolina is no easy task but what have they proven?They had two losing seasons in a row and this year there overhyped and think they deserve something.We can win this game .This is Rexs first time playing Newton so i hope he can confuse him and get this defense to play lights out again
The defense is going to have to start tackling better or this one is going to get away from the Jets early on. Any Given Sunday is our hope here, that and having DeMario Davis or Antonio Allen spying Cam Newton and not missing tackles.
I think the biggest matchup this upcoming Sunday will our offense against their defense. I can foresee us scoring 3 points or less. The air is the path of least resistance against the Panthers defense. Unfortunately, that's not our strength
You're right. Even with a dismal conference record, the Jets actually would have a better record than the Phins against common opponents -- which is the third tiebreaker within the division after head-to-head and division record. Also, the Jets would have the tiebreaker over SD at 8-8 but not 9-7.
If the Patriots have the chance to knock the Ravens in week 16, I think they do it. The Ravens are a good football team though, other than the Broncos game they have been in every game. The Ravens will enter the final 3 games as underdogs though, so its still open for the rest of the AFC.
