yea i understand all of that but we are JETS fans and need to believe that we can always beat anyone on a given sunday be it at home or away! i am not saying that because i am tebow fan or anything, for that matter i dont even believe in god, but w/ DK, hill coming and NE secondary being a piece of crap we have a chance! just gotta get out n get it!
Pats - 42 Jets - 10 The Pats are going to be fired up coming home after a painful loss. Their offense is finally starting to click and they're close to being SCARY good and the best offense in the league again. The Jets beat an inferior opponent at home and are now overconfident along with many of their fans. The Jets offense will again be exposed as being horribly deficient in so many areas. Sanchez will throw multiple picks and Belichick will scheme and confuse him. This one will be ugly and the defense will get shredded because they'll be on the field way too much and will tire out due to the ineptitude of our offense. Final 42-10 Patsies
You're probably right. I don't remember a lot of long balls last year. Seemed to be lots of quick slants and curl routes. Very infrequent attempts to blow the top off the secondary on the deep throw. I don't have the most faith in Sanchez to win using his arm but I do believe he has shown in the past an ability to get the ball down field. If you look at highlights with him and Edwards from 2010 he seemed to get a lot of connections there. If Hill can be that deep threat and we can expose a weak secondary we could get some big plays there. Plus, you don't need to make the catch all the time, if you can get a PI call that's just as good as far as field position goes.
You hit the nail on the head with that post.Dont know if the score will be that bad but I do see them winning by at least 20.The Pats are about to go on their yearly run of winning about 10 games in a row, that offense is soon to become very scary. So many are blind to the fact that the Pats are still just as good as they have ever been and will be the #1 seed in the AFC when its all said and done.Sad but true, deal with it!
I'll go with 34-23 Pats ... as I get more and more furious watching us line up to kick FG's which do nothing to help us.
It seems like we catch every good team coming off a loss, The Steelers and the 49ers were coming off big losses, never good to play a team at home under those circumstances especially Brady and Bill
I hear you. The "weak" secondary is a little too obvious now. The Pats are working their butts off to fix it. It won't be as easy as it sounds. I'm suspicious of our ability to score TD's. I think one TD to Keller will be it, and a couple field goals. 31-13 Pats.
Jets lack of talent will rear it's ugly head again. Pats pull away in the second half. Pats 34 Jets 13
The Patriots' defense has allowed 33 passes of 20 yards or more through six games, worst in the NFL... If Sparano doesn't test the Pats secondary early and often, he's an idiot. Sanchez throws three td's...Coples sacks Mallet in the endzone... 29-20 NY Jets.
Jets 27 Pats 24 After being down 24 points at halftime, Sanchez is benched and Tebow runs and guns us back to a win. And thus the page is turned.
I'll root my ass off, but this just feels like 35-13 Pats to me. Thankfully, I suck at scoring predictions.
