Haven't all of you figured it out? THEY DON'T LIKE EDWARDS,,, IT'S OBVIOUS. They either don't trust him off the field or don't think he's remotely worth what he think's he's worth.

they like edwards. it's just dumb to give out 2 big contracts to WR's in one off-season. edwards is good, but he's not an elite WR. did you see the market next year? guys like fitzgerald, bowe, and colston are FA's. you can also get a top WR in the draft. it's probably the easiest position to project.

Fuck that. Tatupu is overrated, and we are set at ILB.

    This x1000

Not all of us want to filp through 200 page threads mostly filled with whining and fighting to find a decent bit of news on the Jets.

I really hope we try to make a trade to get a CB because I dont think Cromartie will continue to play hard for us after we sort of kicked him to the curb... Even if we do show him the money. On another note, Its crazy how stacked the Eagles are at CB.. Assante Samuel\DRC as your nickel DB is nice to have.

I think they like him.... But I also think they know in a year or two we can draft a solid #2 Wr and pay less over the same 4 years Edwards wants

I don't think they like him as much as they pulbicly say they do. They feel he overvalues himself as a player.

Cromartie is the make or break to the off-season. He's a must, now.

So you'd pay $20 mil in two years than $30mil in 5 years? Glad Tanny doesn't think like that.

If thats the case, then Cro needs to grow a pair. We didn't kick him to the curb. His contract expired. Its simply dumb to think he's sour now. U don't think he knows that Aso is the better corner than him? Please...

we are a GROUND & POUND team and do not need two pricey receivers. holmes will stretch the field for the run game. Plaxico will be tough over the middle and help move the chanis to keep drives alive. Then we pound the opponent into oblivion!

Time for Cro and his agent to either sign or move on. This is the same stall B.S. That they did with Aso. The Jets can't be held hostage to someone who is average at best at his position.

Please review ASHO's play last year and find out how he got out of his contract. then examine CRO's play. Remember teams did not throw at Mevis. I think you unfairly are critical of CRO. he knows our complex system and is younger then ASHO. ASHO is an old 30. If he slows down a bit he is done!

ASHO wanted the EAGLES all along! He said so on Sirius radio today! Yes he used us until Tanny cut the strings. If he senses CRO is stringing us along, Mr.T will do the right thing forthwith. Lets give the guy some credit!

NFL network was just reporting the same thing. Tanny and Co. need to be real careful going against crazy Al. If the money gets too crazy, they need to walk away. Cro played very well last year, but I would not feel comfortable handing him a huge contract.
