Jets lost because Rogers is awesome and much better than Geno

    Rogers is a top 3 QB and probably the best in the NFL right now. Geno didn't look bad, but he's nowhere close to Rogers.

    I edited it. Forgive my spelling. RODGERS! Happy now?

    Rodgers and Jordy were very good today. The Jets were in the game but in the 2nd half, any key plays the Packers made and the Jets didn't, minus the McCarthy challenge on Decker's catch

    Certain teams are allowed to hold to protect their qbs, other teams are not allowed to hold to protect their qbs

    the jets lost because they have the worst secondary in the league and couldnt cover anyone on the field. Milliner consistently got torched. Pryor was really bad in his over the top coverage and angles. allen was beat several times. Rogers is great, but the jets secondary made it easy

    It didnt help things that Geno still doesnt have an elite wide receiver to throw to. Would be nice if we could get a top 10 WR to help him build. All the great QBs except Brady have good targets. Decker is a solid 2 but still not someone who scares defenses.

    You didn't watch the same game I did. I'm tired of fans on this board watching only the QBs and ignoring the other 44 players. It is an ignorant and overly simplistic analysis of football.

    Based on what Im seeing, unfair excessive penalty calls on the Jets vs their opponents is going to be a problemn this year

    This is spot on. we dont value timeouts at all. we get delay of game penalties on punts. we get 12 men on the field calls. we waste timeouts cause we cant get the play in. poor coaching, poor awareness

    Of course the other players count. The Jets were consistently getting to the QB very quickly and Rodgers threw quick, well-timed, accurate passes. He made all the difference.
