It does no such thing! Petty is coming off of a shoulder injury and surgery and may not be ready until TC. Hack is working on fundamentals. With a new OC and Bowles' job quite possibly on the line, it is TOTALLY unrealistic to think that the Jets would go with just Petty and Hack, or those two plus a rookie. They hoped to find a cheap QB to compete or start while Hack and Petty finished developing. There is nothing wrong with that. SMH
What's so funny? He's a decent backup and can play RT. If the Jets are unable to sign a FA LT or get Ramczyk or Bolles, Ijalana could wind up starting. It's not ideal by a long stretch, but they had to have someone on the roster who can play LT.
Romo will now go to the Texans so forget Siemien..we will end up with Cutler or worse..and a new GM and coach next year so there is some light at the end of this tunnel.
